If you are looking for an authentic cuisine, cooked from fresh and regional products, come to discover the specialties of the Herbe Tendre restaurant that Monique, our chef, will prepare for you according to the recipes of her grandmother.
Gratin ravioli with Zucchini, Diots (sausages) of Savoy, Entrecôte Charolaise of Chartreuse, Fresh trout from St Christophe sur Guiers with almond, there is something for all tastes.
The Savoyard specialties such as Fondue, raclette, tartiflette, Chartrousine Tartine (sliced bread specialty) are also available.
The Chef, from Lyon, will offer you Beef tongue, Calf’s head… as well at certain times of the year.
